Home Staging is not just for homes that are unoccupied.
We go into fully furnished homes and create a plan using a clients existing furniture. We add things like art, soft furnishings (cushions, throws) and other accessories which we know will make the home appeal to a wider audience and showcase it at its best.

HOME STAGING PRICING:

At Vicky Floros Styling, we tailor bespoke packages for each home since individual needs and property sizes vary. Here is a rough estimate of our starting prices:

Fully Staging an empty home: Starting at £500 per room.
- In addition, a monthly rental fee for all furniture will be required, and a personalized package can be arranged based on your specific requirements.

Accessorising Package: £300
- This package is designed for homes that are already furnished but need additional attention to enhance their appeal for marketing photos. Our team will be on-site on the shoot day to perfect key rooms such as the Master Bedroom, Main Reception Room, Bathroom, and Kitchen. Any additional rooms can be included for £100 each.

These are approximate prices, and a detailed price list will be created following a consultation visit and discussion with the agent to identify the primary target market for the home.
